Because CN luxury leather handbags are rare limited editions and one of a kind, no exchanges or refunds are allowed. We are not a volume production factory with an assembly line. Each bag is made by an individual artist.

If for any reason there is a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace your bag within the first 6 months of purchase date.

Please allow 10 to 15 days after processing for delivery. They are shipped with a required signature delivery.
